These world famous plant derived mineral capsules contain 520 milligrams per serving of approximately 75 minerals in their concentrated powdered form. Four capsules have about the same amount of plant derived minerals as one-half ounce of the 75 Colloidal Mineral liquid.  A proprietary method is used to slowly remove the water base from the liquid by low temperature evaporation. All of the moisture is removed by a high volume of warm air which never exceeds 100 degrees F. This low temperature maintains the integrity and enzymatic activity of the water soluble plant minerals.

Many people prefer capsules over the liquid plant derived minerals because of the weight, storage area required and convenience of use. This lighter weight will save on the cost of shipping. Also, there is no mineral taste. The recommended dosage for an adult is 6-12 capsules per day.
