"Advanced
Colloidal Silver" is a modern version of mankind's oldest natural
anti-microbial agent, elemental silver. We have advanced from using
silver nuggets and coins in the past to preserve milk and water, to
using it as a dietary supplement today. Advanced Colloidal Silver is a
mineral suspension consisting of about 20 ppm of .9999 pure silver in
de-ionized water and is used to augment the body's immune system. It is
comprised of approx. 20% ionic silver and 80% non-ionic silver
particles. Both ionic silver and non-ionic silver have their own advantages and both are effective in killing one-celled organisms.
Silver
inhibits the growth of one-celled organisms, (such as bacteria and
viruses) by deactivating the organism's oxygen metabolism enzymes. In
turn, this destroys its' cell membranes, stopping the replication of
its' DNA. Bacteria and other one-celled organisms simply cannot live in
the presence of silver. From mankind's earliest history, silver has
been used in the making of food and drink vessels, as well as eating
utensils. For these same reasons we are using it now in our Advanced

filters, food cutting boards, bandages, burn dressings, and water
